What are your payment terms?

We accept EFT and bank transfer. Managed IT retainers are billed monthly in advance. Project work requires a 50% deposit with the balance on delivery. Tax invoice and B-BBEE certificate are attached to every quote.

Which areas do you serve?

PJEmpire IT primarily serves Pretoria, Centurion, and Midrand. We also take on projects across Gauteng — including Johannesburg and Sandton — and provide remote support nationally.

How long does a web or app project take?

A standard website handover takes 4 weeks from signed brief. Custom web or mobile apps are scoped per project — a typical MVP is 6–12 weeks depending on complexity.

Is PJEmpire IT a Microsoft Partner?

Yes. PJEmpire IT is a registered Microsoft Partner. Our team holds Microsoft 365 and Azure certifications, and we can procure, deploy, and support all Microsoft business products.

Do you offer after-hours or emergency IT support?

Yes. Clients on our Professional and Enterprise managed IT plans receive 24/7 emergency support via WhatsApp and our support portal. After-hours response times are documented in your SLA.

What hardware warranty do you provide?

Hardware we supply and install carries a minimum 1-year carry-in warranty. Networking equipment (Mikrotik, TP-Link) includes a 30-day remote-support window after handover at no extra cost.

Do you offer on-site support or only remote support?

Both. Remote support is our first response for software and configuration issues. On-site visits are scheduled for hardware, WiFi installations, and anything that cannot be resolved remotely. Pretoria and Centurion on-site visits are typically same-day or next-business-day.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Managed IT retainers start on a 3-month minimum to allow time for proper onboarding and baseline monitoring. After that, contracts are month-to-month with 30 days notice. Project work is non-recurring and has no ongoing commitment.
